Dr. Nilam Panchal
Chairman - ISTD Ahmedabad Chapter
Dr. Nilam Panchal is working as an Associate Professor at B.K.School of Business Managment, Gujarat Univeristy. Prior to joining B.K.School she has worked at Institute of Management, Nirma University. She has 2 years industry and 12 years of academic experience. Her Basic Qualification is Ph.D., M.Phil (Gold Medalist), PGDIRPM (Gold Medalist) and MBA (Finance). Her core and interest area include Finance and Human Side of Organization. She has completed Faculty Development Programme (FDP) in Management from prestigious institute, IIM Ahmedabad and also FDP in Entrepreneurship from EDII, Ahmedabad. She has been participant in various Management Teacher’s Programmes (MTPs) and FDPs at IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Indore, IIM-Noida, MDI- Guragaon to name a few. She has published many research articles in refereed national and international academic journals and few articles in business magazines. She has also contributed chapters and cases in books and has presented papers in many national and international conferences. She has delivered many invited keynote talks in international and national conferences across the nation. She has conducted Employee Development, Management Development and Women Development Programmes for Executives & Middle Level Managers of different organizations like Kohler India, GNFC (NARDES & Ladies Club), P I Industries, Classic Hotels, Zindal Industries, Babina Diagnostics, Asian Paints Limited to name a few. She has been awarded Merit certificate by Education Department, Government of Gujarat in recognition of the high position secured in the list of meritorious candidates. She has applied for Major and Minor Research Projects at ICSSR and UGC. She is a member of various associations like AIMS, BDMA, ITC, IARA. She is passionate about teaching, research and training and has been engaged in enabling Individuals and Organizations through coaching, training and learning and development.
Tanvi Kothari

Tanvi Kothari has completed her MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource and Marketing from T. N. Rao Institute of Management Studies, Saurashtra University, Rajkot, Gujarat. She had done B. Pharm from B. K Mody Government Pharmacy College, Saurashtra University, Rajkot, Gjuarat. She is Pursing her PhD from Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Prior to joining SJPI in July 2017 she was associated Institute of Management, Niram University as full time research scholar. Her academic areas of interest are Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Research Methodology . She is life member of Indian Society of Training and Development Being into academics for almost 9 years she has attended few workshops and has written research papers in reputed Journals.
